Essentially this gay man was put away for 25 years for a crime we are told he would commit in the future, but did not do anything of the sort in the present. Simple trespassing. His lawyer said if this was anyone else there would be no charge.
Minority report is made after this gay man is put away and this case must be on Spielberg’s mind as he makes MINORITY REPORT a movie about future crimes and the morality of imprisoning people for future crimes.
This prick Spielberg because he has money and a lot of awards can easily get law enforcement and prosecuters to do whatever they want. But the one thing he seems to never do is SUE for defamation.
